BuildFire is an all-inclusive Mobile App Development platform that takes the headache out of building a mobile app for your company.

Their platform enables non-technical professionals to rapidly build mobile apps with a minimum of custom coding or development and gives you the confidence to thrive in today’s competitive mobile market.

Organizations from Fortune 500 companies to bootstrapped startups(to name a few, Pepsi, Cisco, Praxair, PayPal, Pandora, and more) have used BuildFire to develop over 10, 000 mobile apps.

Challenges

BuildFire has gotten excellent initial traction with organic traffic through long-form content creation. However, the organic traffic growth has plateaued.

In addition, they couldn’t convert high-value leads from their existing traffic sources, which meant a substantial potential revenue source was inaccessible because of the lack of effective funnels.

So we were tasked with the challenge of continuing to scale their SEO creation and simultaneously convert the existing traffic into high ticket leads.

The Solution

First, we identified all the highest organic traffic and revenue-yielding content with SERP rankings on top of page 2 and bottom of page 1 and revamped & upgraded them in terms of reader retention, keyword signals, and overall quality. At the same time, we started building quality links to improve the site’s domain ranking & authority.

In parallel, we solved the problem of increasing the lead conversion by 

  1. Improving the existing email lead opt-in conversion points and positioning.
  2. Building a free tool mobile app cost calculator (which also started generating traffic for the keyword “mobile app cost calculator”)
  3. Building an on-demand webinar funnel that started to generate consistently higher value leads in volume. This allowed us to funnel the existing organic traffic, collect email leads, and turn them into potential customers.

After we established the organic traffic conversion fundamentals and revamped the existing ranking content assets, we started to scale their organic traffic by going after additional relevant ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu keywords based on our RANK layering strategy. 

In addition, we improved the SERP ranking efficiency by publishing the new long-form content in topical clusters to enhance subject matter authority.
